Learn AI & Automation at Work
Upskill yourself with a government-funded apprenticeship and start using AI to save time, work smarter, and grow your career.
Why this matters
AI is already changing how we work.
It’s not about being replaced by AI…
It’s about not falling behind people who know how to use it.
This programme helps you build real, practical skills you can use in your job from day one.
What is an apprenticeship (in simple terms)?
An apprenticeship is a way to learn while you work.
- You stay in your current job
- You learn new skills alongside your role
- You apply what you learn directly to your work
- You get a recognised qualification at the end
For this programme, you’ll be training in AI and automation while continuing your normal job.
What you’ll learn
This isn’t about theory or coding.
You’ll learn how to:
- Identify repetitive tasks in your job
- Automate everyday processes
- Use AI tools to save time and improve your work
- Work more efficiently without increasing workload
The goal is simple:
help you do your job better, faster, and with less manual effort
Do I need a technical background?
No.
You don’t need to know how to code or have any tech experience.
This programme is designed for people in:
- admin
- operations
- marketing
- customer service
- finance
- and similar roles
If you use a computer for work, you can learn this.
What kind of tools will you use?
You’ll work with practical, real-world tools such as:
- AI tools (like ChatGPT-style assistants)
- Automation platforms (no-code / low-code)
- Workflow tools to connect systems and remove manual work
Everything is focused on your actual job, not generic examples.
How is it funded?
- The training is government-funded
- As a learner, you don’t pay anything
Your employer needs to support your enrolment:
- If you’re over 21, they may need to contribute a small amount
- We can speak to them and explain everything
Most employers are open to this once they understand the value.
